Dear All, I'm writing to let you know there are a bunch of people trying to prevent the BTC from building a multi-use trail in the open space district near San Pedro Ridge. Michael has been working with Open Space to negotiate a trail we can build, and the Open Space Staff has been supportive. We have a proposal to build a trail basically in the neighborhood of the JCC trail, to replace it because it is steep and erosive.

WE NEED TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE FORM THE SANTA VENETIA NEIGHBORHOOD as possible to show up at the meeting on Weds, May 24, at about 10:30 am till about noon. If you know any mountain bikers or people who think that mountain biking is not ruining their life or their (Santa Venetia) neighborhood, Please contact them, forward this email, and ask them to go to the meeting. If you can make it, please contact Michael More beforehand, so he will have an idea who will be there, and he will also be able to answer any questions you might have.
